Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

Rule 1 – Rights and Responsibilities of Admins and Members

Section 1: It shall be the duty of every admin and member to foster good relations with each other.
Section 2: Members and admins alike are expected to follow forum rules and regulations.
Section 3: Member and admins shall treat each other with respect. Personal attacks shall not be tolerated.
Section 4: Everyone is expected to be considerate about the feelings of others.
Section 5: Members are expected to follow admin regulations and to take the rules seriously.
Section 6: Members have the right to report violators of these rules to the appropriate authority.
Section 7: Members have a right to post suggestions as long as they are done constructively and not harmful to others.
Section 8: Everyone is presumed to have read these rules and have understood them. Ignorance of the rules shall not be an excuse.


Rule 2 – Prohibited Acts

Section 1: The following acts are prohibited and will merit a Category 1 sanction (Warning Level 1)

a. For regular members, godmoding, powergaming, metagaming. Admins and mods are exempted from metagaming as it is necessary to drive the story forward.
b. Disrespectful acts towards other members in the chatbox and in out-of-character.
c. Willful and serious disregard of battle rules and regulations.
d. Refusal to accept moderation or corrections from admins when it comes to battle rules.
e. Questioning admin decisions.
f. Posting pornographic or obscene images in the chatbox, or any threads outside the main RPG.
g. Causing quarrels in the chatbox or other threads outside the main RPG.
h. Trolling, name-calling, racial, cultural or religious slurs, or other discriminatory acts in the chatbox and other threads outside the main RPG.
i. Complaining about these rules or mocking them.
j. Editing a battle thread post without permission after the dice has been rolled.
k. Other such acts analogous to those mentioned above.

Section 2: The following acts are prohibited and will merit a Category 2 sanction (Warning Level 2). The penalty is 1-3 chapters suspension and temporary loss of chatbox and PM functions.

a. Openly defying admin authority and other disrespectful acts towards mods and admins as may be interpreted liberally.
b. Sowing discord among the people of the forums, making accusations of favoritism and factionalism.
c. Causing tensions between admins and other members, creating situations that cause a loss of trust and confidence in admin authority.
d. Subversion and inciting others to believe in harmful ideologies contrary to the spirit of the forums.
e. Second-time violation of any rules mentioned in Section 1, whether the offense is repeated or a new one is committed.
f. Trying to argue with admins regarding the applicability of rules and punishments.
g. Criticizing these rules, usage of harsh or sarcastic tone towards any authority.
h. Sexual harassment in the chatbox, or in any thread aside from the story/main RPG.
i. Disclosing confidential information of other members or admins to others, such as the content of private messages, Facebook or email addresses, or other similar personal information without the consent of the parties involved.
j. Bringing up sensitive discussions that cause tensions between the members and admins of the forums, whether the discussion be in chat or in ANY forum or thread including the main RPG.
k. Attempting to circumvent forum rules and regulations whether the attempt is a joke or a serious act.
l. Deliberate twisting or misconstruing of statements and acts of admins and members which are then used to malign them.
m. Forcing one’s will upon a mod or a member through any means.
n. Retaliating on an admin or another member after being punished or sanction.
o. Other such acts analogous to those mentioned above.
p. Refusal to apologize to any admin or member after committing a wrong.


Section 3: The following acts are prohibited and will merit a Category 3 sanction (Warning Level 3). The penalty is PERMANENT BAN and loss of all rights and functions in the forums.


a. Threatening the existence of the site.
b. Spreading malicious rumors about admins and other members.
c. Multiple accounts, or hiding under another account, or using another person’s account.
d. Hacking.
e. Blackmailing another member or admin.
f. Posting personal attacks of any kind in chat or any thread directed at an admin or another member, regardless if the name was mentioned or not.
g. Third violation of a Category 1 offense or any violation made after a Category 2 offense.
h. And other grave offenses analogous to above as may be interpreted by the admins.

Rule 3 - Final Provisions

Section 1: Admins have the final say on everything.
Section 2: Admins have the right to impose penalties. A penalty can only be revoked by the admin who imposed it.
Section 3: Troublemakers shall not be tolerated and shall be punished accordingly based on the gravity of their offense as defined under Rule 2.
Section 4: Disrespectful acts are disrespectful and retaliation shall not be tolerated.
Section 5: Trolling shall be reserved to people outside the forums, including the banned ones or those who were exiled. They shall serve as an example of who NOT to be.

Prior warning levels shall be reset when these rules are implemented, but keep in mind the forum rules are now stricter. We would like to remind you that while we allow suggestions and liberality when it comes to roleplaying, the forum’s scope encompasses more than just the main RPG. We encourage everyone to treat each other with respect and dignity. The rules are applicable to everyone (with the exemption of certain obvious ones for the administrators and mods).
